Our units are beginner-friendly, reusable, and can be styled, dyed, and customized to your liking. Whether you're looking for an everyday slay or a special occasion look, our wigs are baked to perfection with luxury in mind.

Processing time is 3-7 days. Shipping typically takes 4-7 business days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer an exchange if the wrong product is sent or if your item arrives damaged. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. There are NO returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair that has been worn, colored, bleached, or cut—this also includes if the bundles have been unraveled. Please email our customer care team with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

• Air dry or use a low-heat blow dryer.
• Store your wigs and extensions properly in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling and damage.

With proper care, our wigs and extensions can last up to 12 months or more, depending on the product and how often it’s worn. Our high-quality hair is designed to maintain its softness and durability with consistent care.
